Appointment Information

Reservations: A credit card is required at the time of reservation.

Check-In: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals.

Cancellation Policy: The services you have selected are specifically reserved for you. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in being billed for 50% of the reserved services. Thank you for your consideration.

Children: Because many of our guests come to Jillian to relax and escape daily pressures, we ask that you bring your children only if they have a scheduled appointment.
