Position: Guest Services Front Desk Specialist
The main responsibility of this position is to provide outstanding customer service and perform Front Desk Duties in accordance with Jillian Day Spa’s performance and service standards.
Key accountabilities of the position include checking in/checking out guests, performing value-added services, retail sales and ensuring positive experiences for all customers.
Position: Esthetician
A current license from the State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and superior customer service skills are required for this position. All spa team members receive initial and on-going training to ensure Jillian Day Spa’s performance and service standards.
Position: Massage Therapist
A current massage certification, a healing touch and superior customer service skills are required for this position. All spa team members receive initial and on-going training to ensure Jillian Day Spa’s performance and service standards.
Position: Nail Technician
A current license from the State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and superior customer service skills are required for this position. All salon team members receive initial and on-going training to ensure Jillian Day Spa’s performance and service standards.
Position: Hair Stylist
A current license from the State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, creativity, energy and superior customer service skills are required for this position. All salon team members receive initial and on-going training to ensure Jillian Day Spa’s performance and service standards.
