La Stone Therapy

La Stone Therapy is a deeply relaxing massage using heated and cold stones. This massage combines the placement of stones on the body with energy work. The stones are then used in conjunction with the hands in the massaging of the muscles. The result is increased circulation, the release of muscular tension and greater overall balance.
